Βιογραφικό – Nariman Moustafa

I am on a quest to re-define and re-imagine education through social innovation. I aspire to achieve a more harmonious world through facilitating and hosting transformative conversations. I am a catalyst of social enterprise ecosystems, an organizer of alternative learning communities, an agile learning facilitator, entrepreneur and social entrepreneurship trainer.

I consult, mentor and train youth, refugees and start-up founders on social innovation principles and practices. I facilitate dialogue and conversations that matter. I currently work with organizations like Injaz Egypt, Soliya, Education Square, the Cairo Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences, YES!Jams and Agile Learning Centers.

I am the founder of Mesahat: the Egyptian Network for Self-Directed Education (SDE), Egypt’s first enterprise that promotes Self-Directed Education for children and adults. The Egyptian Network for SDE is a network of inter-connected, inter-dependent alternative education spaces that apply the culture, values and tools of SDE. These are spaces that take learning from the confinement of the classroom to be embedded within communities and connected with life and its vast resources. The Egyptian Network for SDE envisions transforming every city in Egypt to a learning city
